It's not just about speaking in tongues!

We had a great "Holy Spirit Weekend" at Laval Christian Assembly June 12-14. People received Christ, were filled with the Holy Spirit, and were touched by God's healing power. It was encouraging to see youth being baptized in the Holy Spirit, then immediately being used by God to minister to others. Thanks to all who prayed for this weekend. Please continue to pray . . . that God would continue His work in each life. One person who was filled with the Holy Spirit during these services stopped to talk with me a week or so later. He was excited. He told me, "Being baptized in the Holy Spirit isn't just about speaking in tongues. It's about EVERYTHING! So many things in my life are different now!!" I thank God that when he pours out the power of His Spirit in our lives, it really IS about everything. That is, if we will LET it be about everything. "But you will receive power when the Holy Spirit comes on you, and you will be my witnesses..." (Acts 1:8).
